Subject: [PATCH] rebase standalone MuQSS v0.32 Kconfig contexts on CachyOS

Match CachyOS CACHY insertion and removal of the EXPERT dependency.
Only patch context changes; retain the official MuQSS dependency gates.
Apply to temporary scheduler.patch, not the kernel source.
