This overlay was updated to conform current Gentoo policy.

One of changes was to reset KEYWORDS in all packages to ~arch,
and I plan to keep it in this state forever.

So, to receive updates to already installed packages you should add

    */*::powerman

to /etc/portage/package.keywords.
