Subject: [PATCH] sched: restore alternative scheduler Kconfig preimage

Linux 7.2.6 added GENERIC_ALLOCATOR to SCHED_CLASS_EXT. PRJC and MuQSS
replace the scheduler core and disable SCHED_CLASS_EXT, but their patch
preimage predates that select. Remove it before applying either scheduler
patch so the upstream dependency hunk applies without changing the normal
scheduler configuration.
