Subject: [PATCH] rebase PRJC onto the 7.2.9 genpatches Kconfig

Preserve the GENERIC_ALLOCATOR select in CachyOS 7.2.9 with genpatches-7.2-10
when adding the SCHED_CLASS_EXT dependency. Account for release_task's updated
PID lifetime handling without relying on fuzzy context matching. Apply to
a copy of the pinned patch, not the kernel tree, so both the rebase and the
scheduler patch fail on unexpected context.
