		balancing and exposure control. Provides analytical evaluation
		of assembled MST performance within seconds. Includes tools for
		diagnosing infeasible optimization models by systematically
		identifying sources of infeasibility and reformulating models
		with slack variables to restore feasibility.Methods implemented
