The non-Makefile.am half of 010_hplip-3.20.6-distribution.patch, carried here
unchanged because eapply is all-or-nothing: the patch's Makefile.am hunk no
longer applies to 3.26.6, so the whole file has to be dropped from the fetched
patchset, taking these three working hunks with it. See

Content: stop the udev rules from auto-running hp-config_usb_printer and from
editing /etc/sane.d/dll.conf behind the package manager's back, and stop
shipping hp-uninstall / hp-upgrade.
