Since torchaudio 2.9 it is the backend behind torchaudio.load() and torchaudio.save(). This build links the system FFmpeg and image libraries instead of the S3-hosted copies upstream's wheels bundle; AVIF stays disabled for that reason, since upstream offers no way to use a system libavif.
