The LM Studio desktop application is licensed by Element Labs, Inc.
under the LM Studio Desktop App Terms of Use
(https://lmstudio.ai/app-terms).

This is a proprietary, closed-source binary distribution. Element Labs
grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
solely for personal and/or internal business purposes. Redistribution,
sublicensing, sale, rental, transfer, modification, and reverse
engineering are prohibited; users must obtain the package from Element
Labs directly (https://lmstudio.ai/download).

The application bundles Electron and Chromium; those components retain
their own upstream licenses (see LICENSE.electron.txt and
LICENSES.chromium.html inside the installed application tree).
