# Lomiri version scheme

All ebuild package version following the package version set by tag in [Lomiri](https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/core) repositories. \
As long as not defined otherwise the version scheme follows the [Gentoo file format](https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/file-format/index.html)

* Version scheme: \<major>.\<minor>.\<patch>
* e.g.: lomiri-base/lomiri-0.5.0.ebuild

If an ebuild contains a 'LOMIRI_PPA_COMMIT' setting, the revision number reflects the revision of the debian package with two digest followed by two digest of the ebuild revision.

* e.g: lomiri-base/lomiri-system-settings
  * version tag 1.3.2 at [Lomiri](https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/core/lomiri-system-settings/-/tree/1.3.2?ref_type=tags)
  * LOMIRI_PPA_COMMIT="1.3.2-1", found at [Lomiri PPA](https://salsa.debian.org/ubports-team/lomiri-system-settings/-/commits/debian%2F1.3.2-1/debian?ref_type=tags)
  * ebuild version: **lomiri-base/lomiri-system-settings-1.3.2-0100**
