The cachyos-7.3.1-1 tarball reads normalized_sysctl_sched_base_slice in
update_protect_slice(), but 0001-bore-cachy.patch at kernel-patches 89bb22de
defines it only for !CONFIG_SCHED_BORE, so BORE kernels fail to build.
Guard it the same way the BORE patch guards set_protect_slice().
