Intentionally useless C++ compiler torture/benchmark that generates
GiBs of real C++ (templates, constexpr/consteval, concepts, overload
resolution, optimizer IR) and builds it with Clang 22 -O3 -flto=full.
The resulting executable simply returns 0. The purpose is to make
compilation extremely expensive; workload size is selected explicitly
via USE flags (4GiB .. 256GiB, default die) to avoid accidental
		resource exhaustion.
