Crypto-PRO CSP pacgae now bundles browser plugin within itself, and
also develpoers said that they will no more update separately pacgaged one
anymore.
Please, consider removing www-plugins/cprocsp-plugin and update to the last
version of app-crypt/cprocsp (5.0.12900)
