This Offer Description is part of the General Terms or similar terms existing
between You and Cisco (including the End User License Agreement) (the
“Agreement”). Capitalized terms, unless defined in this document, have the
meaning in the Agreement. References to the Software End User License Agreement
or SEULA in the Agreement mean Offer Description.

1. Summary

   This Offer Description applies to Cisco Packet Tracer Software and any Cisco
   Offers that reference this Offer Description (the “Cisco Offer”). For general
   information about the Cisco Offer, see

3. Data Handling

The Disclosure Documents for Cisco Packet Tracer Software provide information
about data handling practices, security controls, and other features specific to
this Cisco Offer.

4. Special Terms

   4.1 Limited Use. The Cisco Offer and related Documentation can only be used
   to create, display or run network simulations using files with suffixes
   “.pkt”, “.pkz” or “.pka” in connection with Cisco Networking Academy or for
   such other purpose(s) approved by Cisco in writing. You may not use the Cisco
   Offer and related Documentation for any other purpose, including, but not
   limited to, teaching a course unrelated to the Cisco Networking Academy,
   creating courseware, videos, books, or any other commercial or non-commercial
   use, unless previously approved in writing by Cisco.

   4.2 No Warranty. The Cisco Offer is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any
   warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or
   statutory; including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance,
   noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are
   there any warranties created by a course of dealing, course of performance or
   trade usage. Cisco does not warrant that the Cisco Offer will meet user’s
   needs or will be free from errors, or that the operation of the software will
   be uninterrupted.
